Joan Rowan (Ulip) formerly of Rockville Centre on 10/22/09. Beloved wife of Frank. Loving mother of Frank III (Diane), Laurence (Debra), Lori Palk ( Richard), Lynn Kelly (Walter) and Dean. Step-mother to Janet Clarde, Carolyn Ritchie, Harold Rowan, Kristine Rowna and Donna Rowan. Also survived by 18 Grandchildren and 5 Great Grandchildren.
