
Obituary of Anne T. Dillon
DILLON - Anne T. (O’Rourke) of Rockville Centre, NY on June 24, 2023 at home after a long struggle with Alzhemer’s Disease. Beloved wife of the late Denis. Loving mother of Alicemarie and Barbara Ann (Nicholas Carlone). Survived by her dear friends Ana de la Cruz and Zeneida Moran who loved and cared for her so selflessly. Anne was a registered nurse. She attended Cathedral High School in Manhattan, graduated from Fordham Nursing School and received a bachelors’ and master’s degree from St. Joseph’s College. Anne was an active member of St. Agnes Parish and served as a Eucharistic Minister at Mass and brought Holy Communion to the sick and homebound of the Parish. She was also a member of consolation ministry. Anne was a hospice volunteer and with the Knights of Malta volunteered to assit the sick on Pilgrimages to Lourdes. Anne was an exceptional soul with a deep and abiding faith in God. She will be greatly missed. Visitation Monday 2-4 and 7-9 PM . Funeral Mass Tuesday 9:45 AM at St. Agnes Cathedral, with interment to follow at Holy Rood Cemetery
