Teresa Liotta peacefully on December 14, 2025

Teresa was the devoted wife of the late Philip Liotta and a beloved mother to Emily and Ian. She was a loving sister to Megan, Kathy, Joan, Patricia, and Michael, and cherished her extended family deeply.

Teresa dedicated her life to education, serving for many years as a mathematics teacher and programming chairperson at Newtown High School in Queens. Through her passion for teaching and commitment to her students, she left a lasting impact on generations of young people.

Known for her kindness, intelligence, her love for British mysteries, gardening and unwavering devotion to her family and profession, Teresa will be remembered for the love she shared and the lives she touched.

She will be dearly missed and lovingly remembered by all who knew her.
