Hess, James, P. on June 17, 2011 of Rockville Centre. Age 66, Beloved Husband of Kathleen (Nee Curley). Loving Father of Dr. James R. Hess (Louise), Maureen Ogilvie (Jeffrey), and Michael P. Hess. Doting Grandfather of Lana, Philip & Deirdre. Dear brother of Richard, Steven and Margaret Yokas. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Teacher for 33 years at Kings Park Public Schools. Former employee Town of Hempstead Conservation and Waterways. Friends may call Wednesday 4-8 PM at Thomas A. Glynn & Son Funeral Home 20 Lincoln Avenue Rockville Centre. Mass of Christian Burial Thursday 10:00 AM At St. Agnes Cathedral. Interment Holy Rood Cemetery. In Lieu of flowers family request donations to Camp Anchor.
