Louise M. Johnke, passed away December 28, 2023, at the age of 92.

Beloved wife of Hans for 53 years. Loving mother to Paul (Ann) and Carolyn (John), loving and devoted grandma to Katharine, Kristina, Brian, Emily and Meghan.

Louise loved to spend time with her grandchildren and was immensely proud of each of them.

Born and raised in the Bronx, she worked for General Baking in Long Island City for many years. Upon marrying the love of her life, they moved to Flushing, NY, and started their family. A few short years later they moved to Port Washington, NY, to raise their children. Louise also worked for 29 years at Publisher’s Clearing House in Port Washington where she had many dear friends.

Mom will be greatly missed by all, but her love lives on in us!
