Obituary of Stephen J. Wall

Stephen J. Wall, most proud of his service in the 3rd Infantry Division during WW 2 especially of his participation in the landing and subsequent action
at Anzio a battle that lasted nearly 4 months ( Jan 44 - April 44 ). He
was awarded the Bronze Star and will be buried in Arlington National
alongside his wife Patricia, where the 3rd Infantry is the custodial unit. Of
Anzio he always used to say: "I never missed a day".
Jan 22, 2014 was the 70th Anniversary of the Anzio Landing.
