Today I light this Candle in Memory of My favorite Uncle Ferdinand Ortiz who to Family and Friends was better known as "FIZZIE". R.I.P. 1946-2018
Our deepest heartfelt, sincerest condolences and love are being sent to my Aunt Marie(Fizzies Wife) & my Cousin Robbie (Fizzies Son).
To me Fizzie was the best uncle anyone could ever have. He was a very strong person with one of the most sincerest, caring, loving, hearts one could ever have. Fizzie also had a great sense of humor that I am sure he kept till the end no matter what life dealt him.
My condolences also go to the rest of the Family as I wish and pray for everyones healing from this shocking loss.
I am devasted by by the loss of my uncle Fizzie who I loved with all my heart and soul. I will miss our near weekly phone conversations and jokes. As he was battling his illness and his recent hospital stay, I too had been in the hospital in my area of residence, but after our release we had just spoken on the phone just last week.... As we spoke Fizzie told me that he felt very tired and weak and needed some sleep. He stated that he would call me back. I told him okay. While I sensed that something was just not right... little did I know that this would be the last time we would ever speak. I am still missing his callback. :( I am very, very sad but while he will forever live in my heart I will always miss him.
