Thomas, born and raised in the parish of Saint Theresa; Brooklyn
Thomas and Patricia celebrated 63 years of marriage on April 7, 2019
Thomas, son of Peter and Mary, was a highly decorated First Grade Detective with the Police Department of the City of New York following his service in the United States Army. Thomas was a life-long member of the Knights of Columbus and the Elks.
Thomas is survived by daughters Maureen Connolly, Barbara and husband William Comly, sons Thomas F. Connolly, Jr. and wife Susan, and Kevin P. Connolly and wife Julie; grandchildren Michele, Melissa, Christopher, Katherine, Jackson, Jaydan and Justin and his great grandchild Grayson as well as his brother Vincent Connolly, many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends, particularly from Highland Lakes Florida where Tom and Patricia resided for the last 22 years.
The family of Thomas Francis Connolly wishes to thank the Emerald Society of NYPD; Detective Endowment Association and the Order of Salesians of Dom Bosco for their support.
